Tuesday Morning Drop-In Meditation: 9:00- 10:00AM

Please join us for an hour of mindfulness meditation.

The morning will consist of instruction and guided meditation.


Come when you can- it is not necessary to make an ongoing commitment.

Bring friends and family members.

Mindfulness is focusing our awareness on our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment in the present moment. Simply put, it is consciously noticing our experience in the present moment. When we are being mindful, we are not "pushing against" our experience, but rather noticing it without judgment. Research has shown that practicing mindfulness has many psychological and physical benefits. Practicing mindfulness is very helpful to the therapeutic process. In fact, a number of therapeutic applications based on mindfulness have been developed in recent years. Mindfulness helps people suffering from anxiety, depression, and stress.
